11. Purchase Order Specific Clauses

Full Certs–Material, Test, and Process
Order must be from new production lot. Each line item on this purchase order must be provided from a single manufacturer’s lot. Exceptions must be approved prior to shipment.
Sampling: The sampling method shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, Table 1, or a comparable zero-based plan unless otherwise specified by the contract. If the applicable drawing, specification, standard, or quality assurance provision (QAP) specifies critical, major, and/or minor attributes, they shall be assigned verification levels of VII, IV, and II or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively. Unspecified attributes shall be considered as major unless sampling plans are specified in applicable documents. For MIL-STD-1916, the manufacturer may use the attribute or variable inspection method at their option or per the contract. MIL-STD-105/ASQ Z1.4 may be used to set sample lot size, but acceptance would be zero non-conformances in the sample lot unless otherwise specified in the contract.
This is a rated order certified for national defense use. You are required to follow all of the provisions of the Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems regulations (15 CFR part 700).
Purchase Order Special Instructions
Payment terms are listed under special instruction of the purchase order.
Seller may not deviate from the Purchase Order requirements without written consent from The Havi Group.
The end user destination is listed under special instructions of the purchase order. Confirmation of the PO is acknowledgment of the end user destination.
All product variance is +10% unless previously authorized. All shipments over the variance will be returned at the seller’s expense.
Seller is subject to AS9100 Rev D, ISO9001, and/or equivalent specifications when applicable in the corresponding solicitation, noted at the top of the purchase order.
Certificate of Conformance is required and must note manufacturer part number, The Havi Group internal part number, lot number, and date of manufacturer, if applicable. Cure date is also required, when applicable.
If the PO is fulfilled without a returned signature, the seller agrees to the terms listed in this contract.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.2 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
